We stand behind our products and know you will have complete satisfaction in their material quality. In the case your Rolling Bender product doesn't meet your expectations or isn't compatible with your equipment, you can always return it as long as it meets our criteria detailed below.

This section details our requirements for your order to be eligible for a return, if your order doesn't meet these criteria, you may not be eligible for a return.
Time is of The Essence
If you would like to return and be eligible for a full refund on your order (minus shipping costs), you must contact us and ship your return back within 30 calendar days of the date of original shipment.
Condition and Function
When returning your order, the product you received must be returned in the condition it arrived. This means the product should be in like-new, fully-functioning condition when we receive it. If possible, please return the product in its original packaging.
All of our shipments include insurance. If your order was damaged upon arrival, please contact the courier it was delivered with to file a claim for reimbursement.
Storefront Requirements & Limits
Your order must have originated from our website RollingBender.com in order to be eligible for a return and refund. We do not sell our products on other marketplaces for the time being.
If you purchased a Rolling Bender product from another storefront (Amazon, FaceBook Marketplace, or eBay) the product is not returnable to our store.

Refunds Exclude Shipping Costs
If your order qualifies for a refund, we refund you the total amount of goods + applicable taxes. We do not refund shipping costs.
Timeliness of Refunds
Once your order has been approved for a refund, we will process the refund on our end as soon as possible (typically within 1 business day). Refunds may take 2-5 business days to reflect on your original payment method, as our payment processor allows.
If you paid through a third-party payment processor, like PayPal, the amount of time it takes to receive the refund is subject to their processing timeline in addition to ours.
